R ockingham/ Bellows Falls sit between Exits 5 and 6 off Interstate 91. An historic downtown and prime real estate make the town a great landing spot for businesses and residents looking for quality of life away from the big city. In seeing the potential for economic development, members of the community, municipal figures and BPW came together to find out what tools are being used in other rural communities and how these tools can apply for a town and it’s villages in Southern Vermont. The result was a website with easy to use tools, admin settings for various community groups, a gallery, news feed and a calendar function……
